Mark Minowa has 10 years of experience in financial restructuring, having contributed to some of Brazil’s largest and most complex restructuring cases. Over his career, he has been involved in the recovery processes of EBX Group, Odebrecht, Atvos, Queiroz Galvão, among other cases.

Early in his career, he worked at CSN and Citibank. He then joined the private equity team at GPS/Julius Baer, covering the agribusiness, infrastructure, and logistics sectors. Prior to joining RK Partners, he worked at Angra Partners, where he began his career in restructuring and turnaround projects.

He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Escola Politécnica da USP.
