Giovanni Forace has over 20 years of experience in financial, strategic, and operational restructuring projects. Throughout his career, he has distinguished himself as one of the leading Brazilian professionals in defining, negotiating, and implementing structuring solutions for the most significant cases of companies facing financial difficulties.

He began his journey in the restructuring field shortly after graduating, leading various operational transformation, merger, and acquisition projects across diverse sectors. He then joined the team of a renowned strategic consulting firm in Boston, USA, where he coordinated projects in North America, Europe, and South Africa. Giovanni also worked in investment banking at a major bank in New York, in addition to holding C-level leadership positions in large national companies, achieving substantial improvements in their operational and financial results. Furthermore, he is an active member of Boards of Directors.

In 2013, he co-founded RK Partners, where he has served as a partner ever since. Giovanni holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic School of USP and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
